《复牌公告》迪信通(06188.HK)获国企珠海华发提技术全购
迪信通(06188.HK)公布,股东迪尔通及迪信通科技向国企珠海华发转让合共15%股权,涉及约1.1亿股内资股;总代价4.22亿元,相当於每股3.8429元。完成後,珠海华发将控制公司37.99%表决权,须按列提出强制性有条件全购要约,每股现金作价3.8429元,较停牌前溢价7.04%。
要约结束後,珠海华发拟维持公司的上市地位,并拟加强公司的战略管理及控制,配售珠海华发的未来发展制定公司战略目标。
公司股份申请周二(2日)恢复买卖。
