開元酒店(01158.HK)預期年度淨利潤將減少80%至90%
格隆匯2月1日丨開元酒店(01158.HK)發佈公吿,公司預期截至2020年12月31日止年度的淨利潤相較2019年度將減少約80%至90%。董事會認為,淨利潤大幅下降主要由於2020年初新型冠狀病毒疫情爆發對酒店行業產生了巨大沖擊,集團酒店入住率下降,上半年收入顯著減少,導致本年度上半年錄得淨虧損。本年度下半年,國內酒店行業逐漸回暖,集團酒店入住率和每間可出租客房收入較上半年明顯好轉,同時,在疫情常態化影響下,公司堅持圍繞突進式發展策略,不斷推進內部組織與制度創新,增強運營管理,在項目發展、網絡佈局、市場營銷等方面獲得顯著提升,同時加大戰略投資,因此下半年度實現盈利,逆勢翻盤。
