綠領控股(00061.HK):擬進行股本重組
格隆匯 2 月 1日丨綠領控股(00061.HK)宣佈,公司擬按如下方式進行股本重組:削減公司已發行股本,透過註銷公司每股已發行現有股份的繳足股本0.199港元,將使每股已發行股份之面值由0.20港元減至0.001港元;將面值為0.20港元的法定但未發行現有股份每股拆細為200股每股面值0.001港元的新股;及將股本削減所產生的進賬轉撥至公司實繳盈餘賬。
股東特別大會將予召開及舉行以供股東考慮並酌情批准有關股本重組的必需決議案。
