蘇試試驗(300416.SZ)擬出讓上海宜特10%股權用以股權激勵
格隆匯2月1日丨蘇試試驗(300416.SZ)發佈,公司擬出讓蘇試宜特(上海)檢測技術有限公司(以下簡稱“上海宜特”)10%的股權用以激勵對上海宜特經營業績和未來發展有重要影響的上海宜特核心人員。
股權激勵計劃對象範圍:上海宜特及其子公司核心技術(業務)骨幹人員;上海宜特或其總經理認為應當激勵的其他員工。本次股權激勵計劃授予限制性股權的授予價格為400萬元人民幣。
本次計劃完成後,公司持有上海宜特的股權比例將從100%減少至90%,預計將對公司當期利潤造成一定影響。
