準油股份(002207.SZ)與浙大能源學院、因士科技簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯 2 月 1日丨準油股份(002207.SZ)公佈，2021年2月1日，公司(協議中稱“乙方”)與浙江大學能源工程學院(“浙大能源學院”，協議中稱“甲方”)、因士(上海)科技有限公司(“因士科技”，協議中稱“丙方”)簽署了《合作框架協議》，各方擬積極探索合作模式，拓展合作領域，將在包括但不限於設立研究中心、項目產學研孵化落地、人才培養、專家支持等方面展開合作。經三方友好協商，各方將在包括但不限於設立研究中心、項目產學研孵化落地、人才培養、專家支持等方面展開合作，包括但不限於：
1.能源基地合作：甲方和乙方在浙江大學青山湖能源研究基地建立合作平台，利用西部新疆豐富的能源資源，在煤熱解燃燒分級轉化技術、煤的清潔燃燒和超低排放、CO2捕集和利用、CO2驅油技術、生物質高效利用轉化技術、多能互補的高温儲熱布雷頓循環光熱發電技術等領域開展合作研究。
2.嘉興設立研究中心：三方將共同在未來成立的浙大嘉興研究院下設立研究中心，在能源服務技術、能源安全環保技術等領域開展合作研究；同時三方將定期舉辦戰略合作研討會、科技專題講座或科技論壇，探討能源環保研究相關前沿動態及熱點、難點、重點問題，共同創建良好的學術交流和科研推廣應用平台。
3.項目產學研孵化落地：三方將共同促進研究中心成果及項目產學研孵化落地，並深化在研發創新領域的合作，建立產學研結合的創新孵化平台，在能源服務技術、能源安全環保技術等領域開展合作，促進科研成果產業化。
4.人才培養：乙方、丙方將充分發揮上市公司及高新技術企業平台優勢，在甲方設立研究生實踐中心，接受甲方學生進行實習，並制定人才實習及管培生培養計劃。
5.專家支持：甲方與乙方、丙方互相提供專家支持，甲方組織科研專家為合作研究、產學研合作項目提供指導；乙方、丙方組織技術專家，面向重點專業學生開展行業前沿技術分享。
