君實生物(01877.HK)與Coherus簽署許可與商業化協議 可獲得最高11.1億美元首付款
格隆匯2月1日丨君實生物(01877.HK)發佈公吿，2021年2月1日，公司與Coherus簽署了許可與商業化協議。根據許可與商業化協議，公司將授予Coherus特瑞普利單抗和兩個可選項目（如執行）在美國和加拿大的獨佔許可，以及兩個早期階段檢查點抑制劑抗體藥物的優先談判權，並可獲得合計最高達11.1億美元的首付款、可選項目執行費和里程碑付款，其中Coherus將向公司一次性支付1.5億美元首付款，款項不可退回。
據悉，Coherus是一家商業化階段的生物製藥公司，致力於改善人們的生活，並具有節省成本及提升患者可及性的潛力。Coherus的總部位於加利福尼亞州硅谷的中心地帶，其科研實驗室位於加利福尼亞州的卡馬里奧。Coherus已在美國納斯達克上市（股份代號：CHRS）。
可選項目1：JS006是公司自主研發的特異性抗TIGIT單克隆抗體注射液。臨牀前研究結果表明，JS006可特異性阻斷TIGIT-PVR抑制通路，刺激殺傷性免疫細胞活化，分泌腫瘤殺傷性因子；2、JS018-1是新一代改良的IL-2細胞因子藥物，旨在抑制調節性T細胞的刺激，同時保留對效應T細胞及自然殺傷（NK）細胞的刺激活性。
此外，公司預計未來三年內，特瑞普利單抗將有更多重大研究的數據發佈，包括15項正在進行或已經完成的註冊臨牀試驗，在多種實體瘤中評估不同治療方案的有效性，覆蓋肺癌、鼻咽癌、食管癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、腎癌和皮膚癌。特瑞普利單抗治療鼻咽癌已獲得FDA授予的突破性療法認定，Coherus預計今年將就該適應症向FDA遞交特瑞普利單抗的首個生物製品許可申請（以下簡稱“BLA”）。未來兩年內，公司和Coherus計劃向FDA遞交更多特瑞普利單抗的上市申請，用於治療包括非小細胞肺癌在內的多種罕見和高發癌症。
公司表示，本次許可與商業化協議的簽署是公司拓展全球商業化網絡的重要一步，將加快特瑞普利單抗及公司其他產品在海外的臨牀開發和市場開拓，為美國和加拿大患者提供優質的治療選擇，預計將對公司的持續經營產生積極影響。
