東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：擬設立太原東方雨虹及建設山西(太原)建築新材料智能製造生產基地項目
格隆匯 2 月 1日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，根據協議安排，董事會同意公司全資子公司東方雨虹建築材料有限公司以自有資金在山西轉型綜合改革示範區出資5000萬元投資設立全資子公司太原東方雨虹建築材料有限公司(具體以工商部門核准登記為準，“太原東方雨虹”)，並以太原東方雨虹作為項目實施主體以自籌資金投資不超過15億元在山西轉型綜合改革示範區內投資建設東方雨虹山西(太原)建築新材料智能製造生產基地項目。
項目名稱：東方雨虹山西(太原)建築新材料智能製造生產基地項目；項目主要內容：年產3000萬平方米改性瀝青防水卷材、4萬噸防水塗料、10萬噸砂漿、保温節能材料、綠色民用建材、建築粉料項目及配套工程。投資規模：項目計劃總投資不超過15億元人民幣，其中固定資產投資12億元；預計達產後年產值20億元，達產後年預計納税8000萬元。
太原市是山西省省會，位於山西省中部、太原盆地北端，華北地區黃河流域中部，地理位置優越、交通運輸便利，是山西省政治、經濟、文化中心，也是中國重要的能源，重工業基地之一，亦是中國優秀旅遊城市、國家歷史文化名城、國家園林城市等，投資環境優良。公司此次在山西轉型綜合改革示範區投資建設的建築新材料智能製造生產基地項目意向地塊坐落於太原市，旨在充分利用太原市在交通區位條件、歷史文化底藴、自然資源豐富、生態宜居環境等方面的優勢，依託山西轉型綜合改革示範區的體制創新、發展活力及產業政策支持，立足公司建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，通過高效、節能、環保的智能化、自動化生產體系，不斷豐富新型環保建材產品品類，提升產品品質，實現產品結構的優化升級，探索並培育新材料領域創新驅動發展新引擎，滿足公司的戰略發展規劃及因產品應用領域不斷擴大而帶來的市場需求。此外，華北地區是公司重要的產品銷售市場之一，希望通過本次投資進一步擴大公司在華北地區的生產與供貨能力，促進產能分佈的持續優化，以較低的倉儲成本輻射華北地區乃至全國市場，以期進一步滿足華北地區的市場需求，為公司未來持續穩定發展奠定堅實的基礎，符合公司全體股東的利益。
