海航集团旗下3间A股上市附属披露 共615亿元人币资金遭挪用
《路透》报道,中国海航集团旗下於内地上市的3间公司披露,共有615亿元人民币(95.7亿美元)资金被股东侵吞,涉及上市公司包括上交所上市的海航控股(600221.SH)及海航基础(600515.SH),与及深圳上市的供销大集(000564.SZ)。有关公司的披露文件没有透露涉侵吞资金股东的身份。报道亦指,根据海航债权人申请清盘及重组文件,该3间公司及相关子公司的不合规担保共465亿元人民币。
海南省地方政府牵头的工作组於1月完成对海航集团的尽职审查,定出风险处置方案,以落实处理海航集团多年来的流动性危机。内媒引述消息报道,工作组估计最多有500间海航集团相关企业将进入破产重组程序。
据海航集团最新一份披露的债券报告,集团截至2019年年中的债务总额为7,067亿元人民币。其最大债权人为国家开发银行,该行亦担任债权人小组主席。
