FIRST CREDIT(08215.HK)復牌申請仍待批核 暫無具體復牌時間表
格隆匯2月1日丨FIRST CREDIT(08215.HK)披露有關復牌的最新進展，繼刊發先前公吿之後，公司於2020年12月31日向港證監法規執行部提交進一步陳述，並繼續努力與港證監溝通及迴應其質詢，以求儘快恢復股份買賣。公司的復牌申請現時仍待批核以及公司現階段無法提供任何具體復牌時間表。公司及其法律代表將密切跟進此事。
同時，公司披露了業務更新資料。集團一直專注於旗下放債業務，並持續維持其貸款組合。自2020年初2019冠狀病毒病爆發以來，集團的營商環境受到全球經濟疲弱影響。2019冠狀病毒病疫情引致的不利金融及經濟現狀，已經對集團客户的財務狀況及償還能力產生負面影響，由此產生的不確定因素可能於短期內對集團業務表現帶來不利影響。集團將繼續密切監督其貸款組合的還款情況，並評估客户的還款能力。
截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團若干客户出現還款困難，原因可能為經濟及金融環境影響以及該等客户的其他個人原因。公司管理層認為，經濟及金融環境惡化以及預期失業率上升，將繼續對集團客户的還款表現造成不利影響。集團一直竭盡全力對尚未償還應收貸款維持嚴格監控，藉此降低信貸風險。
展望未來，集團將繼續緊密監察其現金狀況，並視乎現行市況及集團財務狀況，探索潛在投資機會，包括但不限於投資債券、債務工具、上市股本證券或以項目為基礎的投資。
公司正在編制其截至2020年12月31日止年度的經審核綜合財務報表，並預期於2021年3月23日公佈其初步全年業績。
董事強調，儘管停牌，但(i)公司已遵守並將繼續遵守GEM上市規則項下的持續責任，包括但不限於適用於須予呈報及╱或關連交易以及刊發定期財務業績及報吿的規則；及(ii)公司已公佈並將公佈根據證券及期貨條例第XIVA部須予披露的內幕消息。
此外，公司股份繼續停牌。
