東土科技(300353.SZ)：2020年度預虧6.7億元–8.8億元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨東土科技(300353.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損6.7億元–8.8億元，上年同期虧損4.41億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損7.52億元–9.62億元，上年同期虧損6.22億元。業績變動原因如下：
(一)經營業績變動
2020年度，公司民用工業互聯網業務收入同比增長約10%，新簽訂單同比增長約23%。但由於新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情和行業環境變化，公司防務業務、大數據和網絡服務業務的拓展和實施受到很大影響，對公司當年業績造成了衝擊。在防務業務方面，由於防務客户對新冠疫情防控要求嚴格，導致子公司東土華盛科技有限公司防務業務市場拓展和訂單交付受限；同時，由於公司對防務業務進行業務整合及架構調整，內部管理團隊發生變動需要一段磨合期，導致新簽訂單同比減少約37%，公司2020年防務業務業績下滑明顯。在大數據及網絡服務業務方面，子公司北京東土拓明科技有限公司受運營商壓縮運營成本、市場競爭加劇的影響，運營商業務收入及毛利率同比下滑。截至2020年底，公司未執行訂單金額約7.9億元。
公司認為核心技術能力是高科技公司長期發展的保證，因此堅定持續進行研發投入，2020年度投入金額約2億元，較上年同期增長約2.87%。
(二)計提商譽減值準備
2020年度，由於上述原因影響，公司控股公司北京飛訊數碼科技有限公司、北京科銀京成技術有限公司、北京東土拓明科技有限公司、北京和興宏圖科技有限公司、北京東土軍悦科技有限公司所在的資產組的經營發展均受到不同程度的影響，業績普遍下滑。根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》、證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號----商譽減值》的相關要求，綜合客觀因素和未來業務發展判斷，公司擬對以上公司所在資產組的商譽計提減值準備，初步測算計提減值金額合計約為5億元-6.5億元。目前相關商譽減值測試工作尚在進行，最終金額將由公司聘請的審計機構和評估機構進行審計和評估後確定。
(三)非經常性損益影響
報吿期內，非經常性損益對公司2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的影響額預計約為8200萬元，主要是由於公司所持上海瀚訊信息技術股份有限公司股票形成的公允價值變動收益所致。
