航新科技(300424.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧2.98億元–3.59億元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨航新科技(300424.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.98億元–3.59億元，上年同期盈利6767.86萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損3.08億元–3.69億元，上年同期盈利5116.22萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、計提商譽減值
報吿期內，公司控股子公司Magnetic MRO AS公司(“MMRO 公司”)及Direct Maintenance Holding B.V.(“ DMH公司”)所在資產組的經營發展受到“新冠”疫情不同程度的影響，業績大幅下滑。根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，公司擬對以上子公司所在資產組的商譽計提減值準備。此次計提商譽減值準備之前，公司賬面商譽合計為3.13億元，此次預計計提商譽減值準備2.71億元，此次計提商譽減值準備之後，商譽餘額預計為4208.88萬元。上述減值計提預計影響上市公司利潤-2.66億元。最終計提金額將由公司聘請的評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。
2、境外航空維修及服務業務虧損
(1)報吿期內，境外航空業務受到“新冠”疫情強烈衝擊，MMRO公司及下屬子公司主營業務均為航空維修及服務，受疫情影響利潤大幅下滑，報吿期預計經營虧損4352.55萬元，預計影響上市公司虧損3731.95萬元。
(2)MMRO公司的參股公司Magnetic Parts Trading Ltd.受疫情影響，航空資產存貨出現呆滯減值跡象，Magnetic Parts Trading Ltd.預計計提存貨減值準備800萬美元-1000萬美元。報吿期預計MMRO需確認投資虧損3400萬元-4100萬元，該項投資預計影響上市公司虧損2800萬元-3500萬元。
3、報吿期內，公司因公司債、可轉債、併購貸等產生利息費用預計4071.45萬元，影響上市公司利潤。
4、報吿期內，公司設備研製及保障業務、境內航空維修及服務總體保持平穩，對公司淨利潤產生積極貢獻。
5、報吿期內，預計非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為993.12萬元，主要為政府補助款。
