保力新(300116.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧1.7億元-2.08億元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨保力新(300116.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.7億元-2.08億元，上年同期盈利2.95億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1.74億元-2.12億元，上年同期虧損41.16億元。業績變動原因如下：
(一)報吿期內，公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損的主要原因為：
1、報吿期內，公司執行完畢重整計劃後於2020年6月3日完成董事會改組，董事會推舉高保清女士擔任公司董事長兼總經理。高總擁有多年鋰電池產業鏈相關業務經驗與資源，對新能源鋰電池行業有深刻的理解和長遠的戰略眼光，擁有豐富的行業經驗。高總接手公司管理後，勵精圖治謀發展：在報吿期後面剩下的半年時間裏，帶領公司經營管理層迅速整合、優化公司有限的資源，構建生產、銷售及研發團隊，深入市場開展調研、業務開拓及行業資源整合工作。在生產製造方面狠抓產品品質，提升產品質量，在市場銷售方面積極開發市場資源，大力拓展銷售規模。
同時，公司根據重整後的戰略規劃和經營發展需要進行了名稱變更，重塑市場形象：公司於2020年10月27日在南京召開了首次新品牌發佈會，隨後參加了10月28—30日同樣在南京舉辦的中國江蘇國際新能源電動車及零部件交易會，向市場傳遞了公司的新形象、新品牌，展示了新產品，市場銷售工作逐步全面展開。後續，在董事會領導下，公司進行了多方面的戰略佈局，包括新建三門峽2GWh鋰電池項目、收購珈偉新能源科技(無錫)有限公司PACK廠及增資深圳瑞迪泰科電子有限公司佈局低速智能出行領域等。
但因新市場、新客户的開發需要時間的積累，以往業績的支持，結合上半年疫情的影響，公司2020年全年的經營業績狀況不佳；
2、由於公司銷售規模在2020年下半年才開始增長，時間短，在既定投資規模下產能有所剩餘，單位產品分攤的固定成本相對較高，致使毛利率為負，產生的經營虧損對報吿期利潤影響較大；
3、公司對深圳市沃特瑪電池有限公司子公司如銅陵沃特瑪、荊州沃特瑪等公司的應收款項，依照目前判斷，預計可收回性較小，依照公司會計政策計提預期信用損失；
4、根據產品銷售情況，對存貨進行了減值測試，按照預計可變現淨值與賬面價值的差額計提了存貨跌價準備，減少利潤約1500萬元；
5、2020年，公司破產重整完成後，為了更好的開拓業務，公司及子公司引入各類專業人員，加強技術、營銷、生產團隊建設，導致工資等各項費用支出相對有所增加；本報吿期，非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額約為440.00萬元。
(二)公司未來主營業務發展及趨勢
公司2020年上半年尚在實施重整計劃，改組後的董事會新的經營方針下半年開始實施，目前已經顯現成效。預計公司2021年，在低速電動車、低速智能出行市場會獲得較大發展，儲能，換電市場會有顯著突破。隨着公司生產經營團隊的充實，市場開發結果的落實，公司銷售規模將實現快速增長，公司對未來主營業務的發展充滿信心。
