飛利信(300287.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧9.3億元–12.5億元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨飛利信(300287.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損9.3億元–12.5億元，上年同期盈利3209.04萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損9.4億元–12.6億元，上年同期盈利2032.85萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，受市場環境及疫情因素影響，音視頻與控制、物聯網與智能化板塊業務出現部分項目暫停或滯後的情況，公司整體營業收入較去年有所下滑，但固定費用支出並未減少。進口設備提價、疫情期間人工成本上漲等因素導致合同履約成本增加，部分項目合同毛利下降。根據公司戰略部署，報吿期內繼續推進公司新疆烏魯木齊二期及麗水數據中心的建設，增加數據中心的投入，佔用公司流動資金；報吿期內重點放在自主研發產品的可信認證，重視公司信創產品研發、適配及進入名錄工作；公司重視研發具有自主知識產權的國產化技術和產品，自主研發產品在軍工行業推廣使用。報吿期內自主產品研發投入增加，導致研發成本提高。
2、受疫情和宏觀經濟放緩影響，公司下游客户回款速度放緩，加之受公司控股股東所持本公司股份被凍結的影響，公司銀行貸款擔保措施受到一定的制約，銀行貸款歸還後本報吿期內續貸未完成，多重因素導致本報吿期公司資金流動性不足。公司縮減了前期投入較多的項目、嚴格控制成本及費用，但在本報吿期內並未有顯著效果。部分項目出現供貨延期情況，影響項目完成進度，從而導致收入確認減少。與此同時，客户回款速度拖延也造成部分應收款項賬齡增長，對應整個存續期預期信用損失率有所增加，公司基於謹慎性原則，本期計提的信用減值損失同比增加。
3、報吿期內，公司子公司廈門精圖信息技術有限公司、上海傑東系統工程控制有限公司、互聯天下科技發展(深圳)有限公司、成都歐飛凌通訊技術有限公司、東藍數碼有限公司、北京天雲動力科技有限公司等業績出現下滑，未達預期，公司對與商譽相關的資產組進行初步測算，均出現減值情況，公司預計對部分子公司所在資產組的商譽計提減值準備約為6-8億元。公司目前正在聘請具備證券期貨從業資格的專業資產評估機構開展評估工作，最終商譽減值準備計提的金額將根據審計機構及評估機構進行審計及評估後確定。
報吿期內，預計非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額約為1000萬元左右。
