格隆匯1月30日丨光明地產(600708.SH)發佈2020年第四季度房地產業務主要經營數據，2020年1-12月，公司新增房地產儲備面積為63.16萬平方米，上年同期為192.10萬平方米，同比下降67.12%。權益新增房地產儲備面積為38.35萬平方米，上年同期為120.43萬平方米，同比下降68.16%。2020年10-12月，公司新增房地產儲備面積為1.86萬平方米，上年同期為25.15萬平方米，同比下降92.59%。權益新增房地產儲備面積為1.73萬平方米，上年同期為16.89萬平方米，同比下降89.76%。
2020年1-12月，公司新開工面積為210.61萬平方米，上年同期為513.28萬平方米，同比下降58.97%。權益新開工面積為127.52萬平方米，上年同期為298.39萬平方米，同比下降57.26%。2020年10-12月，公司新開工面積為31.55萬平方米，上年同期為146.32萬平方米，同比下降78.44%。權益新開工面積為15.46萬平方米，上年同期為72.28萬平方米，同比下降78.61%。
2020年1-12月，公司竣工面積為263.04萬平方米，上年同期為174.32萬平方米，同比增長50.9%。權益竣工面積為180.29萬平方米，上年同期為130.61萬平方米，同比增長38.04%。2020年10-12月，公司竣工面積為191.81萬平方米，上年同期為88.15萬平方米，同比增長117.59%。權益竣工面積為128.44萬平方米，上年同期為65.71萬平方米，同比增長95.47%。
2020年1-12月，公司簽約面積為241.55萬平方米，上年同期為207.15萬平方米，同比增長16.60%。權益簽約面積為146.35萬平方米，上年同期為130.13萬平方米，同比增長12.47%。2020年10-12月，公司簽約面積為85.59萬平方米，上年同期為69.93萬平方米，同比增長22.39%。權益簽約面積為53.1萬平方米，上年同期為42.71萬平方米，同比增長24.33%。
2020年1-12月，公司簽約金額為362.68億元，上年同期為266.38億元，同比增長36.15%。權益簽約金額為220.45億元，上年同期為159.75億元，同比增長38%。2020年10-12月，公司簽約金額為126.5億元，上年同期為84.83億元，同比增長49.12%。權益簽約金額為79.1億元，上年同期為51.01億元，同比增長55.06%。
截至2020年12月31日，公司出租房地產總面積46.53萬平方米，權益出租房地產總面積46.04萬平方米。2020年1-12月，公司租金總收入為1.53億元，權益租金總收入為1.52億元。2020年10-12月，公司租金總收入為0.52億元，權益租金總收入為0.51億元。
