永太科技(002326.SZ)：2020年度淨利預降50.31%-66.88%
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨永太科技(002326.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9000.00萬元--1.35億元，同比下降50.31%-66.88%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2111.51萬元--6611.51萬元，同比下降59.99%-87.22%。業績變動原因如下：
(一)報吿期內，為應對新冠肺炎疫情，公司積極採取多種復工復產舉措並嚴格做好疫情防控工作，實現銷售收入約35.94億元，同比上升4.79%。但因疫情及環保整治提升工作影響2020年一季度、三季度產能利用率，以及原材料價格上漲，導致生產成本提高，產品綜合毛利率下降；因受外部市場環境的影響，出口運費、保險相應增加，使得銷售費用等期間費用增長。
(二)資產減值準備增加。經過公司及下屬子公司對2020年度末存在可能發生減值跡象的資產，範圍包括應收款項、存貨、商譽、固定資產、無形資產等，進行全面清查和資產減值測試後，擬計提2020年度各項資產減值準備，對2020年度歸屬於母公司所有者淨利潤的影響金額為1.13億元，較上年度增加較多。主要系控股子公司海南鑫輝礦業有限公司的採礦許可證到期無法延續，正在辦理註銷手續，預計於2021年底前完成註銷，基於謹慎原則，計提資產減值準備對2020年度歸屬於母公司所有者淨利潤的影響金額為8067.41萬元。
(三)匯兑損失增加。公司產品銷售以出口為主，第三季度以來由於美元兑人民幣匯率持續下降，對公司產生了負面影響。2019年度實現匯兑收益938.12萬元，2020年度匯兑損失約3812.81萬元，導致財務費用增加較多。
(四)本報吿期，非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為6888.49萬元，主要系本期確認的政府補助及富祥藥業股價波動等原因所致。其中富祥藥業股價波動產生的公允價值損益為4677.26萬元，本期確認的政府補助金額3944.6萬元。
