三聚環保(300072.SZ)2020年度預虧13億-15億元
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨三聚環保(300072.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損13億元-15億元，上年同期盈利13870.18萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損13.2億元-15.2億元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，受新冠肺炎疫情影響，公司經營所需生產物資運輸一度受阻，生產人員及業務人員出行一度受限，導致公司部分板塊全年經營活動和經營業績同比下滑。受全球貿易環境震盪影響，能源產品及化工產品市場需求量一度萎縮、價格下滑，對公司主要化工產品產銷造成了較大影響。
報吿期內，公司對催化劑、淨化劑產銷體系進行了一體化經營改革，推進市場銷售體系的目標與考核管理，強化生產經營成本管理，盈利能力較上同期顯著提升。
2、盡管外部客觀環境給公司的業務轉型和發展帶來了諸多不利，但公司在北京市海淀國資的大力支持下，繼續堅定推進業務轉型，改善經營模式，將生物能源產業為公司未來發展的主要戰略方向。公司通過自身在懸浮牀、固定牀、催化劑等領域長期的技術積累和實踐，推動生物能源產業化及應用，生產高品質的生物燃料，減少燃料二氧化碳排放，逐步擴展可再生新能源領域的市場份額。
報吿期內，公司果斷決策，順利完成了對於日照中泓石化有限公司的重組，並啟動了山東日照生物燃料項目一期40萬噸/年產能的整體實施工作。公司項目團隊努力克服疫情、現場條件等不利因素的影響，目前，項目已經整體完工，正在進行開車準備工作。
報吿期內，巨濤海洋石油服務有限公司克服疫情困難，充分利用留守力量組織生產，順利完成了多個項目的交付工作，贏得了業主方的極高認可，並成功斬獲歐洲海上風電裝備及海上儲油輪模塊建造等新訂單，進一步夯實了未來的經營基礎。
3、報吿期內，公司根據會計準則，計提了較大幅度的信用減值損失，導致利潤出現較大幅度虧損。
4、報吿期內計入當期損益的非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響約1900萬元-2600萬元。
