海峽創新(300300.SZ)2020年度預虧4.9億元-6.6億元
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨海峽創新(300300.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4.9億元-6.6億元，上年同期虧損79329.50萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1.9億元-3.7億元。
受疫情等外部因素及公司主動調整戰略影響，報吿期內，公司影院板塊營業收入降幅較大，融資租賃及互聯網金融未開展新的業務，產生經營業績虧損；公司在聚焦主業的基礎上，努力克服外部環境的不利影響，報吿期內智慧城市及智慧醫療兩大板塊的經營業績同比基本保持穩定。
受外部等不利因素影響，公司互聯網金融板塊應收款項目回款較差，部分融資租賃款未按合同約定還款日期還款，公司按預期信用損失計提減值準備約3500萬元-4000萬元；2020年上半年公司所屬各影院暫停營業，對影院板塊的經營業績產生重大不利影響，經外部專業評估機構初步評估，影院商譽及資產計提減值準備約2000萬元-2500萬元。
報吿期末，公司持有的部分金融資產公允價值下降：(1)2020年下半年，全球疫情未能如期得到有效控制，特別是美國疫情呈爆發狀態，參股公司MacArthur Court Acquisition Corp.作為一家服務於65歲以上老年人的健康險保險服務公司，根據其2020年度經營情況，保險成本較往年上升，經外部專業評估機構初步評估，公司對其股權投資公允價值較年初下降，預計減少公司2020年度淨利潤約9000萬元-11600萬元。(2)2020年下半年，參股公司海潤影視製作有限公司新劇拍攝進度延緩，庫存電視劇銷售未及預期。公司根據其未來經營情況的分析預測及外部專業評估機構初步評估，判斷其公允價值較年初下降，預計減少公司2020年度淨利潤約6000萬元-8500萬元。
報吿期內，公司參股孫公司微貸(杭州)金融信息服務有限公司(Weidai Ltd.)停止網貸業務，由於其股價下跌，產生公允價值變動損失，經外部專業評估機構初步評估，預計減少公司2020年度淨利潤約1億元。
綜上，受上述諸多因素影響，2020年公司產生較大虧損。但面對諸多外部不利因素，公司已初步完成戰略方向的明確、經營管理層的調整及內部控制激勵體系的梳理完善等多項工作。2021年，公司將充分利用好平潭綜合實驗區的特殊區位和政策優勢，持續深耕智慧城市業務，繼續推進智慧醫療產業的培育發展，科技賦能，提升公司的核心競爭實力，提高公司抗風險能力，促進公司高質量發展。
