格隆匯 1 月 29日丨網宿科技(300017.SZ)披露2020年年度業績預吿，預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.1億元至2.7億元，同比增長508.99%至682.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.4億元至2億元，上年同期虧損5.92億元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，公司對產品結構作了進一步的調整，在公司全球資源平台、銷售團隊的支持下，圍繞行業發展方向及市場需求，集中優勢資源向核心產品傾斜，突出核心產品的競爭力。具體產品規劃為：
(1)佈局5G趨勢下的新挑戰，CDN平台雲化演進到邊緣計算平台，讓用户在網絡邊緣獲得快速、智能且安全的體驗；
(2)打造企業專有云+安全整體解決方案，助力企業數字化轉型升級；
(3)提供MSP(Managed Service Provider)服務能力；
(4)打造企業網絡連接和安全訪問整體方案，覆蓋雲及數據中心的主機安全、內容分發安全(網盾)以及安全SD-WAN、用户訪問安全(零信任SDP)；
(5)提供IDC+液冷節能解決方案，關注高品質、綠色數據中心服務。
2、2020年，公司傳統業務穩步發展，繼續保持了規模優勢和行業領先地位；新業務優勢凸顯，收入規模同比保持快速增長。
3、其他影響業績的主要方面
(1)2020年下半年以來，人民幣兑美元匯率大幅升值，給公司帶來了較大的匯兑損失，全年預計匯兑損失約為1.03億元(其中第四季度匯兑損失約0.71億元)，去年同期為匯兑收益58.38萬元。面對匯率波動帶來的匯兑風險，公司將密切關注匯率走勢，擇機採取相應對沖措施，儘可能降低匯率波動造成的影響。
(2)2020年6月，公司完成2020年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃的授予，本年度攤銷該期股權激勵計劃的成本約3,800.00萬元。
(3)2020年度，預計非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額約為7000.00萬元，去年同期為6.26億元(2019年公司非經常性損益主要系2019年上半年公司確認了出售廈門秦淮的投資收益6.54億元)。
