盛通股份(002599.SZ)：以債轉股方式為參股公司提供2000萬元財務資助
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨盛通股份(002599.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月29日召開第五屆董事會2021年第一次（臨時）會議，審議通過了《關於以債轉股方式對參股公司提供財務資助的議案》，同意在不影響自身正常生產經營的情況下，以債轉股方式為參股公司提供2000萬元的財務資助。
公司全資子公司北京盛通商印快線網絡科技有限公司的全資子公司北京盛通興源供應鏈管理有限公司的全資子公司香港泓源商貿有限公司(“香港泓源”或“Hongyuan”)擬與CoolCode Technology (Cayman) Limited (“CoolCode”或“目標公司”)、Vipcode Technology (Hong Kong) Limited (“Vipcode 香港” )、北京酷編信息技術有限公司(“北京酷編”)、北京未科教育科技有限公司(“北京未科”)、Tangliang Holding Limited (“創始人控股公司”)、Vipcode Technology (Cayman) Limited (“Vipcode 開曼”)、CODING EGGS PTY LTD (“CODING EGGS”)、Ginkgo Capital Management Limited (“Ginkgo Capital”)簽署《可轉換債券投資協議書》，香港泓源將以自有資金2000萬元人民幣投放予目標公司，認購與投資金額同等面值的可轉換債券。
CoolCode通過協議控制的方式控制北京未科教育科技有限公司。北京未科成立於2017年12月，是國內領先的在線少兒編程教育公司，公司面向6~16歲青少年和兒童提供在線編程教育培訓服務，公司主營“VIPCODE在線少兒編程”和“未科編程網校”兩款在線教育產品。在課程形式上，提供一對一直播、小班直播、大班直播、互動點播等多種形式的課程，是目前行業內能夠提供全面體系化編程課程的在線教育公司之一。
