和晶科技(300279.SZ)2020年度預盈1450萬-1850萬元
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨和晶科技(300279.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1450萬元-1850萬元，同比增長158%-229%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1300萬元-1700萬元，上年同期虧損1313.43萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，公司物聯網業務板塊下的智能製造業務、智聯業務積極應對“新冠疫情”，全力做好防疫及復工復產工作。智能製造業務在第一季度實現復工復產，下半年在訂單大幅增加的情況下全力保證業務發展，全年營業收入同比增長超過20%；同時盡最大努力克服因疫情影響所帶來的人工、物流、原材料成本上漲的困難，本報吿期的淨利潤較上年同比也實現了增長。
智聯業務的主要客户包括政府、教育、醫療、法院等行業客户及各類大型企事業單位，報吿期內因疫情管控，多數行業客户在上半年的多數時間處於停止施工或封閉管理狀態，導致智聯業務的部分項目類業務發展受阻。在項目類業務受疫情影響較大的不利情況下，智聯業務積極拓展產品銷售類業務，第四季度的營業收入、利潤較上年同期均取得增長，但由於前期受疫情衝擊的影響較大，報吿期的營業收入較上年同比小幅下降，淨利潤較上年同期出現較大下滑，進而對公司的整體利潤產生較大不利影響。
2、公司參股公司北京環宇萬維科技有限公司(“環宇萬維”)在報吿期內的整體經營受“新冠疫情”的影響較大，上半年全國幼兒園延遲開學以及多地方幼兒園復學後的入園率不穩定，極大阻礙了環宇萬維基於幼兒園場景下的各項業務開展進程；下半年隨着各地幼兒園逐步恢復常態後，環宇萬維積極推動線上、線下的各項業務以及推進精細化管理，努力降低“新冠疫情”的不利影響，報吿期實現的經營利潤與上年度基本持平，同時報吿期不存在上年同期因重大訴訟(北京土星在線教育科技股份有限公司6000萬元股權轉讓糾紛)造成的非經常性損益不利影響，環宇萬維本報吿期的淨利潤較上年同比實現大幅減虧，按權益法核算後對公司利潤的不利影響也隨之大幅降低。
3、公司預計報吿期的非經常性損益金額範圍為130萬元-180萬元。
