惠天熱電(000692.SZ)2020年度預虧8.5億-10.5億元
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨惠天熱電(000692.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損8.5億元-10.5億元，上年同期虧損11549.77萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損4.5億元-6.5億元。業績變動原因如下：
1.生產經營及收入方面：
(1)2020年上半年採暖期(1-3月)，考慮疫情期間居民全員長期居家的情況，為提升居民居家温暖指數，公司響應政府號召保持較高供熱參數、加大日常輸熱供給；2020年自12月中下旬沈城出現持續嚴寒天氣。上述原因導致公司供熱成本同比增長。
(2)聯營企業投資收益同比減少6700萬元。
(3)近年政府實施的“拆小並大”系統工程已臨近尾聲，2020年工程量相對減少，相應獲得補貼款金額同比減少。
2.關聯方破產重組影響
2020年10-11月，公司控股股東瀋陽供暖集團有限公司及其母公司瀋陽盛京能源發展集團有限公司(“盛京能源”)、盛京能源部分下屬子公司,共計12家公司進入破產重整程序。此次重整事項使公司面臨與盛京能源及其下屬子公司的應收款項無法全額收回和股權投資面臨鉅額損失的風險。公司根據《企業會計準則》相關規定和公司會計政策，確認與關聯方債權壞賬準備和長期股權投資損失。
(1)關聯方債權計提壞賬準備6919.54萬元；
(2)確認長期股權投資損失43640.13萬元：
①公司對參股公司瀋陽惠天房地產開發有限公司(“惠天房地產”)的股權投資賬面價值為6537.51萬元，按權益法進行調整，影響當期利潤-5025.63萬元，此項為非經常性損益。
②公司對參股公司瀋陽儲運集團有限公司(12家破產重整公司之一；“儲運集團”)長期股權投資賬面價值38614.50萬元，全額確認為投資損失，影響當期利潤-38614.50萬元,此項為非經常性損益。
3.其他債權壞賬準備
公司對參股公司惠天房地產另一股東歷史遺留的債權到期未獲清償，計提壞賬準備3663.77萬元，影響當期利潤-3663.77萬元。
