《盈警响号》新创建(00659.HK)料去年底止中期纯利按年跌55%至65%
新创建集团(00659.HK)发盈警,预期截至2020年12月31日止六个月应占经营溢利将按年增长超过40%,但由於集团一项投资重新分类为待售资产,公平值重新计量录得亏损,以及投资的合营企业的资产减值及预期信贷亏损拨备,令期内纯利将按年下跌55%至65%。
新创建表示,目前有逾180亿元的备用已承诺银行信贷额,业务基础及流动资金仍然坚实稳固,预期将维持其现时的可持续及渐进的股息政策。
