格隆匯 1 月 29日丨友阿股份(002277.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.27億元–1.74億元,同比下降45%-60%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.39億元–1.86億元,同比下降38.72%-54.36%。業績變動原因如下:
1、2020年度公司預計實現的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤和每股收益較上年同期下降的主要原因是:受新冠疫情影響,公司下屬各門店根據地方疫情防控相關規定進行了階段性暫停營業,營業收入同比有所下降,同時因疫情期間給予供應商及合作伙伴優惠政策減少了毛利;且本期控股子公司長沙友阿五一廣場商業有限公司由於解除原經營權轉讓合同發生銷售退回,導致報吿期利潤同比下降。
2、2020年度公司預計非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響數約為1200萬元,主要是銷售退回的違約賠償金和收到政府的減免退税。
