中國石油股份(00857.HK)2020年淨利預降55%到63%
格隆匯 1 月 29日丨中國石油股份(00857.HK)發佈2020年年度業績預吿,經公司財務部門初步測算,按照中國企業會計準則,預計2020年度實現歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比,將減少人民幣250億元到290億元,同比下降55%到63%。歸屬於公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比,將減少人民幣730億元到770億元,同比下降136%到144%。
公吿表示,該期業績預減的主要原因包括:主營業務影響。受新冠肺炎疫情影響,油價斷崖式下跌,2020年北海布倫特原油現貨均價同比下降35%左右;公司成品油銷量大幅減少,汽油、柴油銷量同比減少10%到20%。受油價大幅下降影響,公司按照會計準則計提油氣資產減值準備。此外,非經常性損益的影響。2020年,公司完成了與國家石油天然氣管網集團有限公司的管道資產重組交易,產生税後淨收益人民幣320億元左右。
