格隆匯 1 月 29日丨恆大物業(06666.HK)發佈公吿,2021年1月29日,集團以人民幣15億元總對價,收購寧波市雅太酒店物業服務有限公司100%股權。該公司全資擁有浙江亞太酒店物業服務有限公司,位列2020年中國物業服務綜合實力百強企業第54位,在浙江、江蘇、山東、四川等13個省份39個城市擁有在管項目940個,在管面積超過8,000萬平方米,涵蓋住宅、寫字樓、城市綜合體、大型工業園等業態,服務業主超過200萬人;同時,公司還擁有33個城市公共服務項目,在5A景區、地鐵、高鐵、機場、醫院等公共建築及城市公共服務領域擁有豐富管理經驗。

通過本次收購,集團在管面積將超過3.8億平方米,不但進一步鞏固在物業管理上的規模優勢,而且大幅提升公司在公共建築及城市公共服務等領域的管理能力和人才儲備,有助於集團進一步完善多元化物業服務業態佈局,提升公司的核心競爭力和品牌影響力,推動規模與盈利能力持續提升,加速成為全球規模最大、佈局最廣、業態最全、效益最好的物業服務集團。

應公司的要求,公司的股份於2021年1月29日下午一時正起短暫停止買賣,以待刊發此公吿。公司已向聯交所申請自2021年2月1日上午九時正起恢復買賣公司股份。
