渣打协助机管局发行15亿美元高级债券
渣打银行表示,昨日(28日)作为联席全球协调人兼联席账簿管理人,协助香港机场管理局成功为其合共总值15亿美元两期(10年期和30年期)高级债券定价。债券为机管局首笔144A/Reg S格式的发行,获得来自美国等国际投资者追捧,两期债券的超额认购倍数分别达4.9倍和6.8倍,总认购申请多达85亿美元。
渣打资本市场大中华及北亚地区主管严守敬表示,此笔交易在定价水平方面刷新了多项纪录,10年期及30年期债券分别定价於1.719%(T+65基点)及2.639%(T+80基点),同时打破屹今香港企业发行人美元债同年期的最低收益率纪录。而是次交易10年期及30年期的收益率息差相距仅为15基点,息差较近期港府的10年期及30年期债券息差还要窄。
