大和:重申恆隆地產(0101.HK)買入評級 目標價26.4港元
大和發表研究報吿表示,恆隆地產(0101.HK)去年基本盈利按年跌6.1%,主要由於物業銷售按年大跌73%,但內地高檔商場租賃及銷售則強勁增長,加上地產銷售利潤將會逐步復甦,將可支持集團未來數年的盈利持續增長,維持其目標價26.4港元,重申買入評級。
該行指,留意到儘管新冠肺炎疫情影響,集團去年中國商場租務收入仍按年升16.1%,而比較上半年及下半年,可見公司高檔商場錄強勁增長,認為公司於中國商場業務已經開展良性循環。
該行表示,公司擁有來自藍塘道項目的逾15億元未實現房地產銷售利潤,預期2022-2028年度可確認相關收益入帳,將支持公司未來的盈利增長及派息,上調2021-22年度純利及每股盈利預測約1%。
