《美股业绩》麦当劳季绩逊预期 惟同店销售跌幅见改善
麦当劳(MCD.US)公布去年第四季盈利下跌12.4%至13.77亿元美元,剔除特殊项目後每股盈利为1.7美元,不及分析师平均预期。收入下降2.1%至53.1亿美元,低於预期的53.7亿美元
季内全球同店销售下降1.3%,略为好於市场预期,同时亦较第三季下跌2.2%有所改善。美国同店销售增长5.5%,超过预期计的5.15%。海外业务同店销售下降7.4%,主要受累於法国、德国、意大利及西班牙市场疲软,财务总监Kevin Ozan表示,预计这些市场的利润率不会在今年恢复到疫情前的水平,但仍会在今年於全球开设1,300间分店。
Ozan续指,在美国政府的刺激经济政策下,预计1月份美国同店销售会有高单位数升幅,估计今年整体销售增长将达到低双位数,不过美国市场的增长将被欧洲疫情带来的影响所抵消。
