格隆匯1月28日丨ST中捷(002021.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,公司預計2020年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損6500萬元-8500萬元,而上年同期為盈利1025.73萬元。
業績由盈轉虧主要是因為上年同期因信託受益權轉讓涉及的債權之債權轉讓及應收承德碩達礦業有限責任公司、內蒙古突泉縣禧利多礦業有限責任公司相關債權之債權轉讓產生非經常性收益約1.98億元,報吿期非經常性收益相比較少。
