頂固集創(300749.SZ)業績快報：2020年度淨利降68.83%至2427.95萬元
格隆匯 1 月 28日丨頂固集創(300749.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，公司2020年度實現營業收入8.92億元，同比下降4.04%；實現營業利潤2531.10萬元，同比減少71.59%；實現利潤總額2495.24萬元，同比減少71.68%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2427.95萬元，同比減少68.83%；實現基本每股收益0.12元。主要原因有：
(1)報吿期內，公司為抗擊疫情對經銷渠道的影響，穩固公司市場份額，公司第一時間制定了同心抗疫經銷商支持政策，積極為經銷商賦能，加大了銷售折扣力度，2020年銷售折扣金額約4200萬元(未經審計)，因此也導致公司營業收入下降，同時也降低了公司整體毛利率。
(2)公司積極為經銷商賦能的同時積極推進和加快精裝定製傢俱、精品五金為主的大宗客户業務，大宗客户業務較上年同期實現了穩步增長，2020年新增的工程在手訂單預計將在2021年實現的收入超2億元。同時因工程量增加，部分客户工程項目應收賬款賬期較長，2020年期末工程項目新增應收款約4500萬元，報吿期內預計計提應收款項減值準備1,400萬元。未來，公司將繼續積極開拓大宗、整裝、拎包入住等渠道業務並做好相關回款機制。
(3)報吿期內，公司為應對疫情影響，採取各項措施保障和恢復生產經營，積極開拓市場，持續加大宣傳推廣力度，市場推廣及廣吿宣傳費用累計較上年同比增加約1250萬元。同時，公司加大對新項目、新材料的研發投入，多個重點研發項目進入了密集開發階段。公司2020年7月成功研發推出了第二代竹香板併發布了輕奢新品“悟系列”，2020年12月發佈了高定新品“夢DREAM”系列，公司持續推出的研發新品產銷量將會逐步釋放。
(4)公司2019年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額為1043.90萬元。預計公司2020年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為630.33萬元，主要為計入損益的政府補助收入及投資收益等。
