格隆匯1月29日丨築博設計(300564.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,公司預計2020年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.31億元-1.43億元,同比下降8%-0%。業績變動原因系:
1、2020年度,公司整體經營平穩,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤出現小幅下降,主要原因是員工數量較上年增加導致成本費用有所增長。
2、2020年度公司計提的信用減值損失同比上年增加較多,比上年同期增加約2183萬元。
3、預計公司2020年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為5854萬元,主要為政府補助和理財收益。
