中際旭創(300308.SZ)：2020年度淨利預增51.90%-76.24%
格隆匯 1 月 28日丨中際旭創(300308.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.8億元-9.05億元，同比增長51.90%-76.24%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6.85億元-8.1億元，同比增長59.49%-88.59%。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，受益於全球流量的增長、國內外數據中心客户加大資本開支投入和加快數據中心網絡建設與部署，公司發揮技術領先、快速交付的優勢，高速率數通光模塊產品的出貨量持續增長，400G產品已成為公司主力出貨產品之一，同時100G產品出貨量繼續保持增長。此外，國內5G網絡建設處於景氣週期，公司持續加大對電信光模塊產品的投入，前傳、中傳和回傳等5G產品收入取得增長。報吿期內，公司銷售收入及淨利潤均較去年同期顯著增長。
2、報吿期內，公司收購了成都儲翰科技股份有限公司(“儲翰科技”)67.19%的股份，並自2020年5月19日起將儲翰科技納入公司合併報表範圍，對公司業績帶來一定正向影響。
3、報吿期內，下述事項對公司淨利潤產生重大影響，增加歸屬於上市公司股東的合併淨利潤約4760萬元：
(1)確認公司第一、第二期限制性股票激勵計劃、第二期員工持股計劃股權激勵費用，導致公司合併淨利潤減少約5220萬元。
(2)對重組合並時確認的子公司蘇州旭創及儲翰科技固定資產及無形資產評估增值計提折舊攤銷，共計調減公司合併淨利潤約4370萬元。
(3)對聯營企業寧波創澤雲投資合夥企業(有限合夥)等投資主體本期投資項目增值產生淨利潤按照權益法確認投資收益，增加公司合併淨利潤約1.785億元。
(4)對各子公司賬面由於原材料質量問題、產品設計或需求變更導致呆滯等情況的問題存貨計提減值，對其他如應收賬款等各類資產進行減值評估並計提減值準備，合計導致公司歸屬於上市公司股東的合併淨利潤減少約3500萬元。
4、報吿期內，公司發生政府補助等非經常性損益事項增加歸屬於上市公司股東的合併淨利潤約9500萬元，對報吿期內業績產生一定影響。
