欣鋭科技(300745.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧1.75億元–2.45億元
格隆匯 1 月 28日丨欣鋭科技(300745.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.75億元–2.45億元，上年同期盈利2704.13萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1.95億元–2.65億元，上年同期盈利186.56萬元。
2020年度新能源汽車行業出現了重大調整，公司業績首次出現虧損情況，主要原因如下：
1、2020年受新冠肺炎疫情影響，以及新能源汽車國際化競爭加劇的影響，新能源汽車行業競爭格局發生重大調整，國內傳統自主品牌主機廠的整車銷量受到嚴重擠壓，導致公司訂單同比減少，產品銷量同比下降，公司報吿期內的營業收入同比下降幅度達36%-46%，導致公司的毛利率大幅下降；2020年也是新能源汽車行業的調整期，行業“洗牌”造成部分客户陷入困境，公司按照《企業會計準則》的規定新增計提資產減值和信用減值，減值損失同比較高。
2、報吿期內,公司持續高強度投入研發，主要投入燃料電池專用產品開發、軟件開發、國際品牌客户項目准入等，預計研發投入金額佔營業總收入超過25%。
公司堅定研發投入為提升公司“品牌向上”的戰略增加動力，公司在夯實的產品研發能力基礎上更紮實地開展業務。
3、報吿期內，因偶發的質量索賠事件(供應商電子元器件質量問題)，給公司2020年度報吿的利潤總額造成不利影響。該案件暫未有終審判決，在訴訟審結之前，對公司2020年度利潤或期後利潤的影響存在不確定性。
4、報吿期內，公司推出了2020年限制性股票激勵計劃，因授予公司限制性股票激勵計劃產生的股份支付費用，將計入本報吿期損益。
2021年為“十四五”開局之年，公司將積極採取各項措施，練好內功，在“品牌向上”的驅動力上，切實做好業務的轉型升級，穩步推進新能源汽車產業和氫能與燃料電池產業的發展，為公司的業績恢復增加動力。
