A股異動丨君正集團(601216.SH)收穫2連板 2020年淨利潤預增增超80%
格隆匯1月28日丨君正集團(601216.SH)午後再度漲停,收穫2連板。現報5.34元,總市值450.6億元。君正集團27日公吿,公司預計2020年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為44.85億元至49.84億元,與上年同期相比,同比增加80%至100%。合計轉讓持有的華泰保險6.16億股股份(佔華泰保險總股份的15.3068%)已經交割完畢,公司按照相關會計準則規定確認長期股權投資處置收益。該項收益影響淨利潤金額為19.54億元左右。
