思摩尔国际(06969.HK)拟折让7%配股 另有股东减持
思摩尔国际(06969.HK)公布,计划以先旧後新方式配售6,000万股股份,同时一名股东拟出售3,000万股现有股份,每股配售价为74.4元,较昨日收市价折让7%。出售股东为执行董事及副总经理熊少明,涉套现22.32亿元。
公司预计,配售所得款项净额为44.46亿元,将用於扩大生产能力并向PMTA申请分配更多资源及资金,从而在美国市场推出更多产品。此外,公司拟在医疗保健及制药行业的电子雾化设备之R&D方面进行更多投资。
