格隆匯 1 月 27日丨國星光電(002449.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8971.70萬元—1.14億元,同比下降72%-78%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2571.70萬元–5318.53萬元,同比下降85%-93%。業績變動原因如下:
1、報吿期內,受疫情影響,國內外經濟增速斷崖式下滑,對LED行業尤其公司封裝主業所在細分行業衝擊巨大,公司產品國內外訂單尤其來自於國外的間接需求呈階段性急速收縮,間接出口產品終端應用市場轉為內銷比例擴大,為搶佔疫情期間國內有效的市場需求份額,公司策略性進行產品結構調整以及下調部分核心產品價格。加之上年同期業績基數較高,導致同比下滑較大。
2、報吿期內公司非經常性損益金額區間約為6100萬元-6400萬元,上年同期為4531.81萬元。
