渤海汽車(600960.SH):境外子公司BTAH工廠產能恢復至正常生產狀態
格隆匯1月27日丨渤海汽車(600960.SH)公佈,因受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情在歐洲持續蔓延的影響,公司境外子公司BOHAI TRIMET Automotive Holding GmbH(以下簡稱“BTAH”)的下游主要客户訂單需求減少,BTAH於歐洲中部時間2020年3月30日起對模具生產業務之外的其他業務進行臨時停產,並於2020年5月11日起部分恢復生產。
近日,公司收到BTAH通知,隨着BTAH的主要客户訂單需求增加,BTAH工廠產能恢復至正常生產狀態。根據德國當地政府疫情防控措施要求,部分非生產一線的員工仍採取輪換居家辦公的方式以滿足人均辦公面積的控制要求。
鑑於目前德國疫情仍在持續,若因疫情原因導致BTAH下游客户訂單需求量發生重大變化,將可能對BTAH的正常生產帶來一定的影響。敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
