汇丰首日为逾1万名客户换新钞
汇丰昨日(26日)开始提供新钞兑换服务,首日合共为超过1万名客户提供换新钞的服务。为应付客户需求,分行截至1月30日均会提早一小时於早上8时开始营业。
考虑到客户和员工在疫情下的安全,汇丰今年实施派筹安排,并将换新钞服务时间廷长至下午,以控制人流及方便客户,分行同时设有排队标示以保持社交距离,客户对安排反应正面。此外,汇丰今年率先试行了网上预约换新钞系统并预留约30%的新钞供应,让客户可透过手机应用程式或网页预约,反应亦非常踊跃,所有网上预约名额已於1月25日爆满,兑换新钞的安排将继续至2月11日。
