芒果超媒(300413.SZ)：擬調整雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目募集資金使用計劃
格隆匯 1 月 26日丨芒果超媒(300413.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月26日召開第三屆董事會第三十五次會議，審議通過了《關於調整部分募集資金投資項目資金使用計劃的議案》，對芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目的資金使用計劃進行調整。

芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目在2017年完成規劃，在2019年完成募集配套資金後實施。實施過程中，行業的市場及技術環境發生一定變化。互聯網和移動互聯網的快速發展，帶動了多媒體內容的不斷豐富、應用數量的激增、物聯網的發展和用户流量的爆發，從而大幅推動了對雲存儲和CDN的需求，視頻點播和直播應用、電子商務等成為CDN持續高速增長的主要驅動力。隨着雲存儲和CDN服務提供商大幅增加節點覆蓋，帶寬儲備高速增長，阿里雲、騰訊雲等主流供應商率先通過價格戰搶佔市場份額，雲存儲和CDN的價格不斷下降。2019年芒果TV的雲存儲服務平均單價較2017年下降50%，CDN服務平均單價較2017年下降35%。
在芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目的初步建設階段，一方面由於市場環境發生一定變化使得采購雲存儲資源和商業CDN相較於自建服務器和CDN具備更高的性價比，另一方面由於雲存儲資源和商業CDN具有易擴容、易維護等優勢，有利於成本節約、減少硬件閒置，因此在項目處於初步建設階段、尚未形成規模的情況下，公司優先通過採購雲存儲資源和商業CDN輔助項目建設。因此，目前在芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目的雲存儲系統、雲分發系統等主要模塊中，服務器等硬件採購投入較此前預計的金額有所延後。
隨着芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目的建設進入後期階段，考慮到芒果TV平台用户規模不斷擴大、媒體內容不斷增多，數據安全和隱私變得更為重要，公司存在切實需求採取更加安全、私密的方式進行系統部署，例如混合雲模式(私有云+公有云)等。未來公司將繼續在募投項目規劃的範圍內，投入募集資金採購節點服務器等硬件設備，並持續完善雲存儲系統、雲分發系統、雲P2P系統、雲轉碼系統、雲數據分析系統等模塊的軟件環境和功能建設。
總體而言，芒果TV雲存儲及多屏播出平台項目使用進度計劃的調整主要是受到行業市場及技術環境變化的影響，根據調整後的募集資金使用計劃，項目的投資和建設進度基本符合預期，未來公司將繼續在募投項目規劃的範圍內，投入募集資金用於項目建設，預計募集資金將於2021年12月31日之前使用完畢，並按計劃達到預計可使用狀態。因此，募投項目的實施環境未發生重大不利變化。
