皓天財經集團(01260.HK)擬2269.18萬元收購深圳南山區物業
格隆匯 1 月 26日丨皓天財經集團(01260.HK)公吿,於2021年1月26日,買方皓天策略投資顧問(深圳)有限公司(公司的間接全資附屬公司)與賣方李宏輝訂立協議,據此,買方同意購買而賣方同意出售該物業,代價為人民幣2269.18萬元。
"物業"指位於深圳市南山區銅鼓路西、深南大道以北大沖商務中心(三期)3棟36A(其位於中國廣東省)的物業。
集團主要從事提供財經公關服務及國際路演安排及協調。集團現時設於中國的辦公室乃根據經營租約租用,並將於2021年10月到期。收購事項將為集團提供一個自有辦公處,從而(i)提供更多空間配合集團的未來發展;(ii)帶來資增值潛力;(iii)減低集團面對未來租金開支增加的風險;及(iv)確保集團持續營運。
