中金公司(601995.SH):間接全資子公司發行15億美元中票
格隆匯 1 月 26日丨中金公司(601995.SH)公佈,公司間接全資子公司CICC Hong Kong Finance 2016 MTN Limited (“發行人”或“被擔保人”)於2021年1月26日再次根據相關中票計劃進行發行,本次發行總金額為15億美元,其中10億美元期限為3年、票面利率為1.625%,5億美元期限為5年、票面利率為2%。此次發行後,發行人在本次中票計劃下已發行票據的本金金額合計51.23億美元。
發行人及中金香港已向香港聯合交易所有限公司申請批准此次發行票據以僅面向專業投資者(定義見香港聯交所證券上市規則第37章)發行債務的方式上市及買賣。本次發行票據的上市於2021年1月27日開始生效。
