優刻得(688158.SH)：特定股東承諾不通過二級市場競價交易減持公司股份
格隆匯 1 月 26日丨優刻得(688158.SH)公佈，公司分別於2021年1月19日、1月20日、1月25日、1月26日收到股東天津君聯博珩投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“君聯博珩”)、蘇州工業園區元禾重元優雲創業投資企業(有限合夥)(“元禾優雲”)、北京中金甲子拾號股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“甲子拾號”)、北京光信股權投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“北京光信”)、上海光壘投資中心(有限合夥)(“上海光壘”)、嘉興同美投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“嘉興同美”)出具的《關於股份減持計劃初步吿知函》。
截至公吿披露日，公司股東君聯博珩持有公司3744.066萬股，佔公司總股本的8.86%；公司股東元禾優雲持有公司股份3704.6834萬股，佔公司總股本的8.77%；公司股東甲子拾號持有公司股份2125.6422萬股，佔公司總股本的5.03%；公司股東北京光信、上海光壘、嘉興同美合計持有公司股份2158.2876萬股，佔公司總股本的5.11%。
為減少二級市場對公司股價的波動，支持公司穩定健康發展，維護全體股東利益，公司上述股東自願作出以下承諾：
1、持股5%以上股東君聯博珩所作承諾主要內容如下：
君聯博珩同意在未來6個月內通過大宗交易、協議轉讓或詢價轉讓的方式減持所持有公司股份。具體實施計劃，在遵循以上減持方式下另行通知。
2、持股5%以上股東元禾優雲所作承諾主要內容如下：
元禾優雲擬通過大宗交易、協議轉讓或詢價轉讓交易的方式減持公司股份。具體實施，在遵循以上減持方式下另行吿知。
3、持股5%以上股東甲子拾號所作承諾主要內容如下：
甲子拾號承諾自2021年1月20日起的6個月內不通過證券交易所集中競價交易方式減持所持有的公司首次公開發行前發行的股份。
4、持股5%以上股東北京光信、上海光壘、嘉興同美所作承諾主要內容如下：
北京光信、上海光壘、嘉興同美同意在股份解禁之日(即2021年1月20日)起的6個月內通過大宗交易、協議轉讓或詢價轉讓的方式減持公司股份。具體實施計劃，在遵循以上減持方式下另行吿知。
