格隆匯 1 月 26日丨味千(中國)(00538.HK)公吿,與截至2019年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占溢利約人民幣1.564億元相比,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損介乎約人民幣6000萬元至人民幣1.1億元。
董事會認為,集團財務表現較2019年同期有所下降乃主要歸因於(i)新冠肺炎疫情為集團中國及香港業務帶來負面影響,以及(ii)聯營公司權益、使用權資產及投資物業確認減值虧損。
