格隆匯 1 月 26日丨密爾克衞(603713.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司“密爾克衞慎則化工科技有限公司”於2021年1月25日對其經營範圍進行了變更。相關工商變更登記手續已辦理完畢，並取得了由銅川市印台區行政審批服務局換髮的《營業執照》。
變更前：一般項目：化工產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)；日用化學產品銷售；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；企業形象策劃；市場調查(不含涉外調查)；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；數據處理和存儲支持服務；煤炭及製品銷售；金屬材料銷售；五金產品批發；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發；化粧品批發；光伏設備及元器件銷售；通信設備銷售；食品添加劑銷售；電氣機械設備銷售；電子產品銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
許可項目：貨物進出口；技術進出口；公共鐵路運輸(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
變更後：一般項目：化工產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)；日用化學產品銷售；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；企業形象策劃；市場調查(不含涉外調查)；信息諮詢服務(不含許可類信息諮詢服務)；數據處理和存儲支持服務；煤炭及製品銷售；金屬材料銷售；建築材料銷售；五金產品批發；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發；化粧品批發；光伏設備及元器件銷售；通信設備銷售；食品添加劑銷售；電氣機械設備銷售；電子產品銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動）。
