施永青料下半年本港经济复苏 全年楼价升15%
中原集团创办人施永青昨日(26日)在网上发布会上指,过去超过一年受社会事件及新冠肺炎等影响,对本港楼市十分不利,料今年首两季仍有压力,因疫情仍会有反覆。但相信随着疫苗出现,疫情再恶化机会将减少,估计下半年经济会有所复苏,届时不止用家有入市需求,投资者的需求亦会重现,估计全年楼价升15%。
中原集团行政总裁施俊嵘则表示,今年中原香港营业目标为56亿元,未来重心将投放在科技发展,会利用大数据分析为客户提供更佳体验,亦会增加人手及扩大规模。
