據報上海有大行驚現房貸停貸 多數銀行額度吃緊
據《21世紀經濟報道》,廣深地區部分銀行房貸停貸的現象,而近期詢問多家長三角銀行總行及分支機構發現,多數銀行1月額度吃緊,並且有大行也已經出現1月額度用完,1月停貸的現象。
報道引述一位建行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)上海分行人士表示,包括建行在內的五大行是上海房貸的主要發放銀行,按說1月比較寬裕,但是在監管紅線的要求下,也出現額度短缺的現象。此外,廣州建行也暫停了1月的房貸投放。(ta/w) ~
