勇利投資(01145.HK)與山東瘦課網訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯 1 月 25日丨勇利投資(01145.HK)公吿，公司於2021年1月25日與山東瘦課網教育科技股份有限公司(Shandong Sooc Education Technology Stock Corp.,Ltd)("山東瘦課網")("賣方")訂立戰略合作協議。
根據此協議，雙方將：(1)共同組建合資公司，以拓展船員在線培訓市場，爭取成為中國境內以及香港船員在線培訓市場的領軍者；(2)集團擬於首期投入人民幣資金80萬元用於注資山東瘦課網旗下擁有網絡教育平台及手機APP培訓系統產權和具有課程開發能力的控股子公司先鋒在線(北京)信息科技有限公司(Xian Feng Online(Beijing) Information TechnologyCo.,Ltd)，山東瘦課網同意將該公司持有的先鋒在線60%股權及由第三方持有相關20%股權，共計先鋒在線80%股份轉讓與集團，賣方繼續持有餘下20%股份；(3)山東瘦課網提供相關可使用網絡平台及手機APP軟件程序，課程製作等技術方面的支持。
而集團提供海員培訓市場的業務規劃、航海方面航業專業培訓意見及相關資源。雙方將以先鋒在線為合資營運主體，共同投入資源，及進行宣傳推廣以擴大市場，以使集團成為中國境內以及香港最大的船員在線培訓機構之一。
訂立戰略合作協議將使集團有機會開拓航海培訓船員業務。最近新冠病毒在全球氾濫，而現時中國及香港均擁有大量航海人員培訓需求，在線培訓市場蓬勃發展。雙方認為網上專業考試培訓課程將為大趨勢，有關船員在線培訓擁有極大市場，此合作目標緻力成為全中國及香港最大線上培訓航海課程一，從而增強集團業務多樣化，進而提升集團業務整體表現。
合資公司將針對航海培訓進行產業融合的探索合作，共同培育新的盈利增長點，為集團創造更高價值。山東瘦課網成立於2003年3月，為公司獨立第三方，並於全國中小企業股份轉讓系統(簡稱新三板)掛牌(股票代碼：871446)。
