中文在線(300364.SZ):擬使用閒置自有資金用於風險投資 最高額度增至2.5億元
格隆匯 1 月 25日丨中文在線(300364.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年1月25日召開第四屆董事會第四次會議,審議通過了《關於擬使用閒置自有資金進行風險投資的議案》,為優化公司閒置自有資金的使用效率,在確保公司日常運營和資金安全、有效控制風險的前提下,公司擬使用閒置自有資金用於風險投資。公司計劃將投資最高額度由原來的1.5億元人民幣增加至2.5億元人民幣,有效期自公司2021年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過之日起12個月內有效,該額度在使用期限內可循環使用。
