格隆汇 1 月 25日丨长城汽车(601633.SH)发布2020年前三季度利润分配方案,公司拟以公司实施利润分配时股权登记日的总股本为基础,向全体股东每股分配截至2020年9月30日止前三季度的现金股利每股人民币0.28元(含税)。截至2021年3月8日(星期一)下午16:30营业时间结束后香港中央证券登记有限公司登记在册的公司全体H股股东可获得现金股利,A股股东有权获得现金股利的股权登记日在股东大会召开后确定。
截至2021年1月25日,公司总股本为9,175,953,300股,以此计算合计拟派发现金红利人民币约25.69亿元(含税)。此次拟派发现金红利占公司2020年度归属于公司股东净利润的比例为47.65%。
