《周末楼市》日出康城LP10首轮销售179伙售出逾98% 过去周末一手新盘录250宗成交

最近有新盘推售,带动一手楼市在过去周末录250宗成交,但较前一个周末的299宗减少16.4%。当中,由南丰集团及港铁公司(00066.HK)合作发展的日出康城项目「LP10」在上周六(23日)发售首批179伙,开售仅4小时已售逾98% ,并即日加推第3号价单共128伙,折实平均尺价16,254元,较上一张2号价单调高不足1%。

另外,发展商决定於本周六(30日)进行次轮销售, 再推出218伙发售。南丰发展有限公司地产发展部及销售部总经理卢子豪表示,LP10向隅客众,截至昨日(24日)下午7时正,合共录逾600个认购登记。以次轮销售218伙计算,超额接近2倍。

除此之外,嘉华国际(00173.HK)发展的启德项目「嘉(峰)汇」亦在过去周末售出13伙;万科香港的深水(土步)项目「The Campton」昨日进行新一轮销售共84伙,即日沽出6伙。

在二手市场方面,中原地产十大屋苑在过去周末录得17宗成交,较前一个周末录24宗下跌29.2%;美联物业十大蓝筹屋苑合共录得约18宗买卖成交,较前一个末25宗减少28%;利嘉阁十大指标屋苑累计录得19宗二手买卖个案,按周上升3宗或19%。
